Option #1:  TOTAL HOME SPECIAL - This is for the homeowner who has yet to purchase a home, but is looking.  You will sit down with our staff, which consists of our knowledgable and Licensed contractor, and our Real Estate TEAM, to determine the house you are looking for.

We then spend the hours looking through all of the houses on the market that suit your needs and which is in your budget...

Once we come up with a couple houses you like, and narrow it down to 1-3 houses, we put in offers for you and if all goes right, you buy the house!.... and THATS WHEN THE FUN BEGINS!!!

We take that newly purchased house and transform it, ON TIME, and WITHIN BUDGET, into your DREAM HOME!

You will work directly with the contractor and our Interior Designer to update and remodel the house to your specific liking... and even if you know the idea of what you want, but don't know how to execute it... don't worry!... our Team has years of experience and design ideas to help you make the MOST out of your new space!

Option #2: TOTAL HOME - INTERIOR or EXTERIOR - This is just as it reads... we do the same as above, with either a house we find for you... or a house you have already purchased, but we only focus on the INTERIOR or the EXTERIOR of the house...

Option #3: TOTAL HOME - BUDGET - Say for example you already own a house, a rental, or already live in your house but have done nothing to it for years... but don't want to put a lot of Money into your house, but need a little... REFRESH.  We can help.   We can spend some time walking around your house and give you some innexpensive, yet EFFECTIVE design and remodel ideas that will help make your house the way it once was!  Let us help you bring LIFE BACK to your current home!
