Building contractors, and professionals such as myself, will offer discounts and price reductions to fill our schedules when we aren't busy. Or, in the alternative, we will extend pricing from the prior year and delay implementing new (higher) fee schedules until the Spring. Either way, the consumer can save money, and time, by starting their projects now.
