Started a remodeling job for an investor about 2 months ago. He wanted to finish the job fast and put the house back in the market ASAP. We went over his plans and discussed what needed to be done. 

* Kitchen (total renovation)

* Two bathrooms (total renovation)

* Plumbing and electrical

* Interior and exterior painting

* Hardwood floor throughout

* Driveway (concret and bricks)

* Molding throughout 

We managed to finish the above project in 38 days from start to finish. It could have been sooner if the inspector was nice. (you know what I mean). Our client was very happy with the progress and sold the house within 2 weeks. That's what I call successful and being on time.
